welcome here! Why is your powersupplyboard irreparable? Take a look on my board
I have changed only the electrolytic capacitors and the "RIFA" condenser. The big blue Philips condensers are ok, not necessary to change. Also the metallicgrey C with red "Roe" for Roederstein print. It may be that other people have already worked on it. Then it can be difficult to repair.
Please show us a picture of your powersupply board.

i cannot see your attached picture. When nothing works - try to find another same model with a good powersupply board. Or restore another modell - PM 3262,63, 63X,64,67

i am not expert of details from all these models, but i think the 150MHz model PM 3265 can be with the same powersupplyboard. But it was still not in the 1974 measurement catalog.
